Asmita and Prayag plant mango trees to celebrate their wedding!

This week’s success story celebrates a beautiful newlywed couple in Maharashtra, India.

On the 26th of February, Asmita and Prayag celebrated their wedding. To make this special day even more special, they planted trees together!

We are told that they celebrated an environmental-themed wedding at Hotel Grand Sarovar. To make this wedding celebration environmentally friendly, they used electronic invitations instead of paper. Plus, they also avoided using any plastic items for the wedding!

After the trees were planted, they were dedicated to “the happy married life of the couple, and a lot of clean air, water and soil for the planet.”
