Sixteen trees dedicated to all the teachers
Mrs. Chhaya Taralekar is a valued member of our community in India.
In the past, Mrs. Taralekar has published two books for children and even received an award for them.
But this is not all. Mrs. Taralekar is an active member of her community advocating for greener lifestyles; composting is a topic that Chhaya has organized several events around. Read this recent article where we delve deeper into Taralekar’s activities.
In late 2023, Chhaya participated in the planting of 16 trees with children from the Rotarians Sunrise and Zilla Parishad School.
These trees were dedicated to the long life of Mother Earth, all Gurus, teachers, and His Holiness the Dalai lama.
