Thank you for supporting our fundraiser!

A very big THANK YOU to everyone who supported our fundraiser, and for helping the Global Tree Initiative grow.

We appreciate everyone that shared the news of our fundraiser, who attended the fundraiser events, and who contributed by sending us a video or message of support and encouragement.

Together, we raised just over $9,800. With our two generous matching donors, that means we have raised $19,600, just shy of halfway, to our goal of $40,000.
Please consider a monthly donation to help us reach our goal.

Your donation will be skilfully and respectfully invested into helping us:

Provide education: we create and share educational content.
Encourage and assist: tree-planting projects globally.
Inspire our community: we share stories about our tree-planting partners.
Preserve our planet: together we plant trees, grow forests, and save their future.
Research best practices: to plant trees and monitor tree survival.

A large portion of this work is driven by four, modestly paid contractors, and a community of volunteers, who are committed and engaged to make this happen.

Please stay tuned to our newsletters, and follow our social media pages, to see the exciting projects we explore in the future!

Have a look at our founder, Tenzin Ösel Hita’s message about the mission and vision of the Global Tree Initiative.

Thank you again for believing in our project, and for helping us grow. We wholeheartedly appreciate your ongoing support.

We are all extremely pleased with the overwhelming response from all of you. Thank you, gracias, gracie, merci, terima kasih, danke schoen, धन्यवाद, dank u wel, obrigada, dankie, благодарю вас. We will do our utmost best to use those donations to the best benefit of the Global Tree Initiative. – Hans Timpner
